Minimum Order Requirement.

Our team will not travel for orders less than $100. For Vitamin Injections, just gather a few friends and we will be happy to join the vitamin party.
A travel fee of $30 will be added on to any appointments more than 12 miles from the Domain.

Payment Policy

  • Payment must be rendered in full 24 hours prior to the appointment.
  • We accept cash, credit card, paypal venmo, HSA/FSA.
  • We do not accept any form of insurance.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. We understand that a situation may arise that could force you to cancel or postpone your treatment. Please understand that such changes affect not only our staff but our other patients as well, and we, therefore, request your courtesy and concern.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please allow 24 hours to notify us of the cancellation. Should we receive less than 24 hours of notification, or should you fail to keep your appointment, please note that a $50 dollar cancellation fee will be charged.
